Brass signs and signs

The brass plate has always been a symbol of solidity, success and prosperity. Brass plates are a classic solution for respectable and respectable enterprises, they will naturally fit into the most sophisticated interior, decorate it and become an unobtrusive element of decor. Brass is a soft metal of an elegant golden hue. It is a double or multicomponent copper-based alloy, where the main alloying element is zinc, sometimes with the addition of tin, lead, manganese and other elements. Our company has everything necessary for the production of brass signs - a wealth of experience, amounting to thousands of finished products, qualified personnel and its own fleet of equipment. Our industrial designers will draw and coordinate with the customer a layout that fits to your interior with regard to the requirements for the manufacture of brass plates and signs. All products are made of high quality brass with a thickness of 1.0-10.00 mm. Brass signage colors are polished and satin gold. Production of brass plates and signs takes from 10 to 20 working days depending on the complexity of the product, the thickness of the material and the type of processing, as well as the workload of the equipment of the enterprise. Brass plates and tags are made by 3D engraving on an engraving-milling machine of high-quality brass with a thickness of 1.0 to 10 mm. The shape and size of the plate does not matter and is limited only by the boundaries of your imagination, the requirements of the design of your room and the size of a sheet of material the size of 595x1195 mm. After engraving, the plates are polished, if necessary, covered with a protective varnish and painted with cold enamels. In addition to external similarity, brass has another major similarity with gold - this metal is actually “eternal”. It is not subject to corrosive processes and has the ability not to lose its practical and aesthetic qualities even through generations. However, it is worth remembering that unprotected brass (an alloy of copper and zinc) tends to oxidize and darken in air. In addition, it is very susceptible to water procedures. Of course, there are design solutions when the dark patina of olden times is simply necessary, but if such an effect in the interior is not your goal, we recommend that you carefully study and note our recommendations for care. Care of brass plates is carried out with the help of neutral agents, agents with a high alkali content can only aggravate the oxidation processes and damage the surface of the brass plates. There are a number of professional cleaning tools made specifically for brass, such as Poliboy Messing Kupfer Pflege or Cooper Shine Ecolab. Such tools are easy to apply and remove, after processing brass plates look like new, but they can only be purchased in specialized stores. One of the most effective and common means for removing black and green from the surface of brass, invented long before the chemical industry, is ammonia. It is enough to wipe the brass plates with ammonia, and then rinse with a soap solution twice a year. When processing it is necessary to use soft sponges and rags, for example, flannel, so as not to scratch the surface of the plate. If there are scratches on the surface of the brass plate, the plate made of brass must be polished with emery paper of various grain sizes, first using paper of 180 grain and increasing to a grain size of 500. You can polish the brass plates either manually or using vibration grinding machines or using polishing wheels .
